Jack & Jill Erie Shores Chapter Walk/Run – Running the Shores (Cleveland, OH)

On Sunday, September 7th, the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Erie Shores Chapter will be “Running the Shores” in our second annual 5K Run/Walk, benefitting the Jack and Jill of America Foundation. We invite friends, family, and the community to join us for a day of friendly competition for a cause. Check-in and on-site registration will open at 8:00 am, followed by recognition of the supported organizations and a special presentation honoring the late Dr. Edgar Jackson, a pioneer in sickle cell research. Racers will set sails at 9:00 am from Edgewater Park, where both individuals and teams are welcome.

After 9 am on Friday, September 5 – $40 for adults/ $20 for children age 12 and under

Participants Receive
Registration includes a t-shirt. Please register by September 1 to ensure you receive your shirt on race day. If registered after this date, subject to availability.

Refreshments provided at the finish line.

Awards

Award given to the Top Overall Male and Female runners.

Male and Female runners finishing in the top three in each age group will receive awards.

Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

VIRTUAL RUN

Want to participate from out of town? You still can! Complete the 5K race or 1-mile walk on your own.  Run or walk, outdoors or on a treadmill – you choose!

If you would like to submit your 5K result, please click HERE! Deadline to submit times is Tuesday, October 1, 2025.

Virtual event participants can live anywhere!  Please feel free to invite family and friends from around the country to join you.

You will be mailed your shirt after September 7, 2025
